The sense of urgency drives the Chinese technical team to do everything possible to disassemble and refine the complex process and try to deliver it to Mexican employees in the most intuitive way.

Zhang Ying, the technical backbone of China, showed the reporter a bilingual "Terminology Library of Production Operation Standards" with more than 220 pages through the lens, covering over 600 key terms in the whole process of die casting, machining and testing, which is an important part of the training materials for new employees.

The birth of this glossary stems from the careful discovery of a 27-year-old translator KRIS.

At the beginning of this year, KRIS found in a translation that there were many inconsistencies between her Spanish version and her colleagues, and then started to confirm it in many ways.

The group also quickly realized the seriousness of the problem-"different names will bring a lot of trouble in the subsequent data statistics. Therefore, we need specialization so that everyone has a unified understanding of the same thing. " Huang Jian introduced that with the joint efforts of KRIS and the China-Mexico team, the brochure was quickly completed in less than four months. Nowadays, as long as the terms are extracted from the terminology database, Mexican employees can understand them accurately and the communication efficiency is greatly improved.

However, the terminology database is only the first step, and it is necessary to cross the level of practical training in order to truly land knowledge.

"We recorded a complete set of key process videos in Chinese, English and Spanish, which is convenient for Mexican personnel to watch and learn repeatedly." Zhang Ying said that taking the die casting process as an example, the new employees first learned the general situation of the equipment through more than 400 related words in the terminology database, then familiarized themselves with the operation difficulties through videos, and finally entered the "actual combat stage"-led by Chinese technical backbones, and taught in a "one-on-one" way.

"Pay attention to the second parameter of the screen when adjusting the shooting speed, keep your hands steady and your eyes fast," said Huang Biping, a Chinese technical backbone, while letting VICTOR, a Mexican employee, operate the button himself. "Don't be afraid of mistakes, press it and feel the feedback from the equipment." This way of immediate operation and immediate feedback enables students to quickly accumulate experience in a real production environment.

At present, the first batch of Mexican employees have been able to stably complete 50%-60% of the production tasks, and are constantly moving towards comprehensive independent operation.

Huang Jian revealed that the factory will deliver the first batch of 2,000 inverter boxes to customers in early November 2025, and continue to climb the production capacity. It is expected to achieve a weekly supply of 6,000 pieces by the end of the year. In order to achieve this goal, the factory also plans to recruit more than 100 Mexican employees from the end of September to the end of October 2025. "The first phase of production capacity is expected to reach full capacity by the end of the year, and the second phase of construction is already under planning to meet the peak of orders next year."

Eco-going out to sea, "gathering" forces win-win

When Xusheng Group fully promoted mass production in Saltillo, several kilometers away, the product surface treatment suppliers and mold treatment suppliers supporting Xusheng Group also completed the factory building and entered the preparatory stage of production. This means that a closed loop of regional industrial chain with Xusheng as the core is rapidly forming-from parts production to surface treatment to mold support, the "cluster-going to sea" model greatly reduces the logistics, communication and management costs in cross-border operations.

"We almost grew up with Xu Sheng. This time, going to Mexico to build a factory together is a further upgrade of strategic coordination between the two sides. "In fact, the company had plans to build factories overseas before, but it lacked business guarantee and hesitated. This time, our order support has made the cooperation enthusiasm between the two parties unprecedentedly high. According to the plan, the Saltillo factory of Xusheng Group will lay out the core die-casting process and subsequent finishing links. After being fully completed and put into production, the annual output value of the enterprise will be greatly improved.
