Ningbo Xusheng Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in Aug. 2003. It is a joint venture enterprise, with 6,000,000 USD investment, and 3,000,000 USD registered capital. It is located in Auto and Spare Parts Industrial Park of Ningbo Economic and Technical Development Zone (68 Yanshanhe North Road, Beilun District, Ningbo, China), and covers 20, 000 m2, which has finished for the first 15,000 m2, and the second 8,000m2 is still under co nstruction. At present, there are more than 200 workers in Xusheng, including about 30 for high education degree management, technicians and quality engineers.
The former name of Xusheng is Ningbo Beilun Xudong Machinery Co., Ltd. Through ten years of endeavour, we have developed into a joint venture integrated with moulds designing & manufacturing & part die cast & precision finishing. We are the member of China Mould Association Beilun Branch.
Every year, we manufacture over 200 sets of moulds, more than 3,000 tons of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy products. We possess more than 10 imported CNC processing centers, over 20 CNC lathes, more than 10 aluminum and zinc alloy moulding machines and vacuum die casting machines with different tonnage ranging from 160T to 900T, over 30 different types of high precision lathes and digital machines such as electric discharge machines, electrical wire-cutting machines, etc, as well as various advanced measuring tools and inspection equipments including three dimensional measuring instruments, universal tensile force testers, spectrum analyzers, salt fog testers, aluminum alloy & zinc alloy analyzers, oscillation testers, roughness measuring instruments, sclerometers, microscopes and etc. We are capable of providing automobile moulds and fittings, motorcycle moulds, plastic moulds, plastic injection machine fittings, and precision finishing service for aluminum alloy and zinc alloy products, as well as best after-service.
We take 6S as our management basis, ISO9001: 2000 as management standard, and now we are applying for approval of ISO/TS16949: 2002 Automobile Industry Quality Management System. We have obtained approval of CCC, CE and CUL. We adhere to the management guideline of “Survive by Quality, Develop through Credit” since the very moment of establishment. Through persistent efforts, we are expanding continuously; with management improved persistently, business volume increased steadily. Currently we are one of the enterprises with high speed development in the mould and die cast industry in Beilun.
